Husky Sport Returns Policy

In the event that you receive an item and find it unsuitable then it may be returned for refund or exchange providing it is within 14 days of receipt.

Please advise our Customer Service Department, if you haven't already done so, of any problems with your order as soon as practicable. We regret that beyond a "reasonable time", due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.

All returns are subject to the following conditions:

• You have informed us of your intentions in writing within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items are returned carriage paid, are unused and are in a re-saleable condition.
• Items returned after 14 days from receipt and where supplied as ordered, may not qualify for a refund.
• Items of clothing/helmets for exchange will be re-shipped to UK Mainland addresses postage free on the first occasion, but further exchanges will incur a postage charge. Shipping of exchanges to Non-UK Mainland addresses will incur a further postage charge where courier services need to be used.
• Where an error has been made on our behalf we will ship the exchange to you free of charge. Where an error has been made which is not down to Husky Sport we may need to charge for the return postage.
• We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc, you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
• Maltglen Limited are not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.

Returns

Please take the following steps to action a return:-

1. Return the package to the address shown on your original invoice from us.

• For smaller lighter items we recommend you use your local Post Office and send the goods recorded delivery to ensure you have proof of delivery.
• For larger items we recommend you use a 3 third party courier company. Please retain a copy of your postal receipt for tracking purposes.

2. Upon receiving your parcel we will take the necessary action to re-send the items you require or perform a refund if necessary.

Husky Sport Delivery information

Our Mail Order team aim to ship all parcels the same day of receiving your order, dependant on the time it arrives with us.

We ship parcels Mon - Fri on a 24-48 hour service. A high percentage of shipments do arrive the next working day (excluding Sat) however, at periods of high demand it could roll over to the following day. Goods can be shipped for Saturday delivery by ROYAL MAIL, This will be at extra cost for Saturday delivery, UK destinations only.

Husky Sport aims to provide low affordable carraige at all times. We are able to send goods to most national and international locations at a realistic cost. Our carriage charges are based on the weight or size of the product whichever is the greater.

All carriage is charged at checkout by simply choosing the area/zone you live in(including international customers) and then clicking update.

Please note that for orders with multiple items that contain one or more items showing different despatch dates we will wait until the whole order is complete and dispatch the order based on the oldest item. In the event that you require any items sooner, feel free to call the Mail Order team on 01962 77 11 22 who will take payment for this seperate shipment and dispatch the required items.

For International customers please note that all purchases made outside of the EU will be charged without UK Tax . You may however be required to pay the relevant taxes when the goods their destination country. We cannot be held responsible should these additional fee's require paying.

These Conditions (together with the documents referred to within them) set out the terms and conditions on which we offer to supply to you any of the products (the "Products”) advertised for sale on our website www.huskysport.co.uk. You will be required to accept these terms and conditions before being able to continue and complete your order.

We will refer to you the purchaser as "you” and "your” within these conditions with ourselves being "Husky Sport" or "WOR Honda”.

We endeavour to ensure that our website is accessible 24 hours a day. However, we will not be liable for any losses that you may suffer if our website is unavailable at any time or for any period or your access to our website is interrupted, restricted or delayed for any reason. Please note that access to our website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair or for any reasons beyond our control.

By using our Website you agree not to attempt to access our systems and you agree not to post on or transmit to or from it any material that is defamatory, obscene, discriminatory or in breach of confidence or privacy or a third party's rights. 3. THE CONTRACT BETWEEN US

After you have placed an order with us for the purchase of Products, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order. We will ship all items that we are able to supply and at this point we will have therefore confirmed acceptance of the order. Any items unavailable will be communicated to you asap to allow the appropriate action which will then follow in the form of either an alternative or refund.

4. DELIVERY, RISK AND TITLE

The sale of the Products listed on our Website is subject to the availability of those products.

We will ensure all reasonable effort is put in to ensure that the descriptions and photographs of the Products are as accurate as possible. Please be aware that we unfortunately can give no warranty in respect of the accuracy of this information.

Your order will be fulfilled in a timely manner and normally be to you within 24 – 72 hours. You will be prompted at the time of ordering with the date we expect to despatch the item based on our current stock position.
